Art of Construction refurbished my 25 year old pool, flagstone pool deck, flagstone raised deck, sidewalks and stairs. They also refurbished my 23 year old waterfall. Both turned out much better than when they were new. They completed the work in a professional, courteous and timely manner. Answered any questions I may have had and provided excellent design advise.

My wife and I recently purchased a home in Scottsdale AZ. The home came with a pool and the pool needed some work. Our real estate agent suggested we call Art of Construction, a local pool installer to see what they recommend as far as repairs. Jacob diagnosed the problems with the pool and gave us a quote for the work that needed to be done. The price was reasonable and the work was done on time. Robert was especially helpful. He replaced one of the motors and some of the associated plumbing. After the work was done he showed us how the equipment functioned and even came by a couple of days later just to make sure all was well.

Working with Art of Construction was heavenly! We have worked with multiple landscaping/work crews, and Art of Construction was the best! We loved their level of text communication - every morning they were planning to do any type of work, we got a text explaining the plan. The various work teams were experts in their specialities. It was astonishing how quickly they worked, and yet achieved such a high level of quality. The main project leads were incredibly personable, eager, and sincere. Each lead made himself available through phone, and also in-person, if we had a need or wanted to add even more items to our project! Because of our exceptional experience, we went from just a pool resurface to adding: a pergola with with a missing fan, 25 landscape bushes & 4 trees with irrigation, artificial turf, a walking path, and rock ground cover. Then even helped with a few extra yard jobs we were struggling to complete ourselves. Overall, we would highly recommend Art of Construction for any of your outdoor living needs.

We remodeled our pool which was about 30 years old. Jacob was our salesman. He was fantastic. From the time we met him at our home when he bid the job right up until the final walk after the project was complete. Always available, always accessible. And we met their team (who would be working on the remodeling of our pool) before the pool remodel was started - we thought that was a nice touch for Art of Construction. The owner was there too. The work was on time and again Jacob gave us a heads up schedule every week. The foreman on our job was Robert and he was outstanding too. He noticed from the first time he walked our home that the backyard gate ‘hinge/self closing spring’ was put on backward from our handy man. He installed that correctly when the job was complete. What other kind of a company or work employee would do that? And because our pool hadn’t been remodeled in over 30 years, you can imagine there were a few curve balls unforeseen during remodel. Jacob and Robert kept us informed the whole time of the remodel and worked with us on pricing for the little “unforeseen items” that only showed up when uncovered or digging into the remodel. They were a great help in bringing this to completion and working thru the curveballs. I would definitely recommend ART OF CONSTRUCTION, Jacob, Robert and the owner for your pool remodel or new build. Outstanding customer service you do not find with most companies in this day and age.

Amazing experience through and through. The entire Team was available, transparent, thorough and professional and the final product came out even better than we envisioned! From Jacob in sales up front, Robert the job Foreman and the owner Arturo all the way down to the crew working on the pavers, gas and electrical work — everyone did a fantastic job! The work was completed in an exceptionally timely manner, the city permits were handled immediately and without hitch, and Jacob , Robert and Arturo even made sure that our grill unit was installed in the perfect spot. Admittedly, I am a tough customer and hold the utmost of expectations for any job that needs doing. Excellent customer service and knowledge of all pool related equipment. Was having an issue with my pool pump keeping pressure and Jacob was able to identify the issue and resolve the problem very quickly. I also appreciate that he took the time to look over all my pool equipment and identified a few areas to keep an eye on. Would highly recommend and plan to use for future pool services.

Got quotes from several companies before choosing Art of Construction to update my pool. They were priced about in the middle, but the friendly and responsive communication with Jacob, and the fact that they were personally recommended, locked in my decision. On Day 1, Jacob showed up with Art, the owner of the company, and Robert, who was going to be managing the project. They were super friendly and assured me they were just a phone call away if I had any questions. Everything went really well, they showed up on time every day, cleaned up after themselves, and my favorite part was getting a play-by-play of what was happening out there from day-to-day. Did I mention I absolutely love my new pool! It looks amazing! I will definitely be calling Art of Construction for any future projects. Highly recommend!

I had some tiles repaired on one side of my pool. They did an amazing job replacing the tile and communication was outstanding from bid to completion. I would use them again or recommend to friends.

Highly recommend Art of Construction for your pool. From the moment they came to do the estimate until the job was completed they were very professional and informative. Arturo, Jarod and crew did an amazing job. Had an old pebble tech pool that needed to be remodeled. Also added all new pool equipment. Price was fair, workmanship was excellent! I wouldn’t recommend any other company.

We had cracked decking all around the pool and some tiles falling off exposing what looked like a more structural crack in the pool. Jacob and crew removed all the old decking and tile to evaluate the shell and got everything fixed up, matching the new decking acrylic with what we have on the patio. While the plumbing was exposed, Jacob also noticed the side suction line was too small so we were able to get that redone and finally get better suction through the pool vacuum.

Absolutely love it. Thank you for everything! You are a master of delivering what you promise in a timely matter and communicating when the weather gets in the way. My resurfaced pool looks amazing! The tile and pebble sheen/tech (not sure what they call it now) look fantastic! They converted the rolled edge (along the back of the pool) to a ledge with cool deck and it also looks great. Fits like it came with the pool 18 years ago. I recommend Jacob’s service if you want a quality product at a fair price with fantastic communication. Almost forgot, Jacob primed my waterfall pump that hadn't worked for 10 years. No charge. Works great! Under promised, over delivered to sum up my experience. Sorry, I don’t have a pic of the completed project because I wrote this at work.

Buying a mid century fixer with a decade of neglect, the over grown back yard, cracked plaster pool, unsafe broken deck surfaces were no exception. Several contractors recommended filling the sad empty plaster pool in that was hosting a tree and a decade of debris. Not to be discouraged by several recommendations to fill the pool in I found the right pool restoration team who weren't afraid to roll up sleeves and restore this back yard to beyond it's former glory to a zen oasis which now is a center for family, fun, and relaxation. . It was complicated to gut everything, remove and replace the pool deck, equipment, resurface with a new pebble finish, new baja.The hard working crew went the extra mile and did a phenomenal job. The remodel schedule stayed on track. The crew was great to work with, and most important was the finished product. Couldn't be happier!

Very happy with the recommendations and work from Arturo's crew. It took me a few days to realize why I was so happy with their work... but I came to this realization. Me being a fairly decent DIY enthusiast I generally am not satisfied with the value of work when I could do it myself almost as well for much less. In this case, I was so happy with how well everything was done and I realized I couldnt have come close to the quality of work completed for the amount spent. I outsourced the placement of my travertine decking, pool coping, adding travertine steps, pad for hot tub, along with some travertine borders. It all turned out great. Thanks!

Jacob hands down saved our pool build from turning into a nightmare. Once permits were received he wasted no time getting everything lined up. He had our pool built in a little over 30 days. He was there every step of the way made sure contractors were on time and everything went smoothly. Anytime we had questions he would answer them or even come over and look at our concerns and educate us. He was very knowledgeable on every aspect of the build.
